Refunds - Requests for refunds would only be entertained in case the pair you have received is damaged and unworn. Please write to us at contact@ampleaura.in to take your case further. Our team would look into the situation and work to give you an apt solution.

Returns - Returns are only entertained in case of a damaged product or a wrongful size delivery. The team at Ample Aura will scrutinize your return request to validate it. If approved, the customer is to ship the product in the same exact conditions with the tags attached.


The following requirements must be met before you send the item(s) back to us:
  • Item(s) must be in the new and original condition as you received it.
  • Boxes and tags should be returned along with your item(s).
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable. (The New shipping fee will be paid by the buyers themselves)
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 3 days after you receive it.
  • The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
  • For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
